Driven by curiosity and a love for discovering new perspectives, Laura’s passions span finding the perfect dark chocolate, running Maryland trails, and learning languages—she’s fluent in French and currently tackling Polish thanks to her family roots and a serious case of wanderlust.

She once moonlighted as a deejay and now channels that same adventurous energy into her work: helping ops leaders find their sweet spot, give themselves a break, and stretch what’s possible—in work and in life.
